Cancellation Policy

Willow Massage Clinic understands that life happens.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If you must cancel, be respectful of your therapist’s time and give 24 hours notice. Missed appointment or cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $50.00.

Note: Flexibility with the cancellation policy will be given when weather, unavoidable emergency or illness arises. Please notify us as soon as you can of your predicament.

Due to the current health crisis, Willow Massage Clinic will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment anytime should you show any sign & symptoms related to Covid-19 at no cost to you.
